| The Taeuber and Corssen Group is invested in the southern African region. The group’s portfolio includes property on the Namibian coast at Walvis Bay and two holdings in Windhoek. Regarding the latter, one property is equipped with specialised cold-storage facilities, while the other was recently recognised by the Digest of Namibian Architecture for its striking refurbishment.
A new development taking shape in Ongwediva, northern Namibia, includes a loft-style executive apartment complex with office suites below, as well as dry goods warehousing and cold storage facilities.
The South African portfolio includes T&C farm land in Wartburg, commercial property in Isando, with one anchor tenant, plus a four-storey property in Cape Town that currently accommodates five large commercial organisations.
The most recent development is 66 Rivonia Road, a historically interesting property that has been transformed since 1947 from farm land, initially into a high quality Veterinary Clinic by Dr John Welton and then in addition into a unique soft retail centre and lifestyle destination with a complementary mix of tenants. |
